Cooling-off periods under Specified Commercial Transactions Act: door-to-door sales 8 days (Art. 9), telemarketing 8 days (Art. 24), MLM 20 days (Art. 40), continuing services 8 days (Art. 48). Written notice takes effect upon sending. No cooling-off for mail-order, but 8-day return is available without a return policy (Art. 15-3).
